Booking, Cancellation and Other Policies

  • We are by appointment only and your time is set aside specifically for you only. 
  • Please arrive on time or your appointment may be shortened yet you still incur the full service charge.
  • We require a credit card to secure appointments. 
  • We ask for a minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.
  • By agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, a less-than-24-hrs notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge, and future appointments will need to be prepaid at the time of booking.
  • A no-show will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge, and future appointments will need to be prepaid at the time of booking.
  • The appropriate service charge, whether 50% for less than 24-hr notice, or 100% for no-show, will be charged on the credit card on file.
  • We provide appointment reminders through text and email 48-hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • We highly recommend that you pre-book all your future appointments BEFORE leaving your appointment to avoid the unfortunate event of not being able to get in for your fill appointments.
  • Due to health and sanitation reasons, we CANNOT do refunds, credits, or exchanges for services rendered or products sold. All sales are final on retail products unless defective, then they will be replaced.
  • Due to safety and liability reasons, we do not allow children with our clients because we cannot ensure their safety inside our studio.
  • We do not allow additional parties in the studio due to limited capacity.
